Oyster mushrooms are the quickest to grow and most aggressive of all the species I cultivate.  They tolerate a wide range of temperatures as well.  Blue oysters can produce a fruit body in as low as 7 degrees Celsius.  The tropical oyster species (pink and yellow) prefer 20-25 degrees Celsius.  Pearl, Elm and King prefer 10-20 degrees Celsius.
