We are a young family cultivating mushrooms, experimenting with mycoremediation and permaculture, gardening, planting trees, and raising sheep and chickens. In 2019 we completed our mushroom cultivation facility which consists of a lab, incubation area and fruiting chamber which are constructed on top of a root cellar with 8' high concrete walls. We make mushroom spawn and grow bags using mostly local waste products like sawdust from the sawmill and spent hops from the micro brewer. We fruit mushrooms in the indoor fruiting chamber and sell them locally and we also facilitate a farm pick-up for any of our products.
